Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur. 1.Set the steering to straight ahead. 2.Raise the vehicle. 3.Remove protective shroud on the right side to access the compressor.(picture a) 4.Remove the two(2)cable ties holding the connector wires.(picture b) 5.Disconnect the three(3)electrical connectors to the compressor.(picture c) 6.Remove the compressor air line(runs between the compressor and dryer). Remove the air line fitting from the air hose and discard.(picture d) 7.Disconnect the lines from the air valve block(black line(p)does not have to be disconnected).(picture e) Note:Your compressor may not have a brown line as shown in picture e. If the brown line is not present, just disconnect the other(4)lines indicated and proceed to the next step. 8.Remove the three(3)mounting bolts that secure the compressor to the vehicle.(picture f) 9.Disconnect the brown line(located on backside of compressor). Compressor can be removed from the vehicle.(picture g) Note:If a brown line is not present on your compressor then this step can be omitted. 10.Disconnect the line from the compressor dryer(identified as “p” On the air valve block)(does not need to be disconnected at air valve block).(picture h) 11.Remove the 2 nuts from the backside of the mounting bracket, remove bracket.(picture i) 12.Remove the thermal sensor wire harness by disconnecting the connector, loosening the sensor screw and removing the sensor.(this will be re-installed in the new compressor).(picture j) 13.Remove the three(3)mounting isolators from the compressor(these will be re-used on the new compressor. If the isolators are damaged it is recommended that they be replaced(contact your dealer for replacements).(picture k) 14.Removal complete. *Installation Guideline: Installation is in reverse order of air spring removal, with the exception of the Secured reservoir hose. *Warning & Notice: 1.When the air compressor being replaced, the matching relay must be replaced according to the corresponding vehicle. If there is something wrong with the relay which leads the compressor to continuous operation without any break, it will burn out the electric motor or other plastic part. 2.When the air compressor being installed, the critical parts such as rubber shock pad and damping spring must be fully fixed on the stand without short installation or missing installation (The air compressor is unequipped with parts). With the anti-vibration parts of short installation or missing installation, a loud noisy instance will happen when the air compressor is working for the sake of resonance. 3.Distribution valve, shock absorber, air tank and tube connector must be checked after air compressor installed to ensure air-tightness. The lifespan of the air compressor will be shortened if the leakage exists. 4. Increased noises while the compressor is running may be caused by a non-functioning compressor mounting. Change the rubbers and springs of the mounting in any case. 5.A porous intake hose often is the cause for a breakdown of the compressor. Change the intake hose and preferably also the filter and noise absorber, because we do not want the compressor to breakdown because of these. 6.Change the relays before installing the compressor even if it seems to still work. This is also a specification by the car manufacturer. Be sure to change the right relays. Relays look similar, that is why there is a risk to change the wrong relays. 7.Be sure to check whether the system is leakproof after repairing. The easiest way to do this is to park the vehicle. Wait for the system to automatically re-adjust if your car has this feature. Then measure the heights from the ground to the lower edge of the fender as exactly as possible and take notes. On the day after measure these heights again and compare them with the ones before. Even a small difference will lead to a damaged compressor and damaged valves in the long run. *OEM Part Number: 95535890101,95535890102, 95535890103,95535890104, 95535890105 Item Specifics Placement on Vehicle Left Size Single Dimension(CM) 32.00(length)*18.00(width)*18.00(height) Single Weight(KG) 4.640 Included Hardware Compressor Certification ISO9001 Lubrication Style Oil-Free Drive Layout Front Engine 4WD Platform MLB Material Iron Color Silver Type Air Suspension Compressor Custom Bundle No Return Policy 30 Days Free Return Manufacturer Warranty 1 Year Quantity Single Fitment Type Direct Replacement OE Spec or Performance/Custom OE Spec Adjustable Yes Features Sealed Brand Autodealsparts UPC 688209040111 Manufacturer Part Number CB110547S01 Interchange Part Number 95535890105, 95535890103, 95535890104 Other Part Number 95535890100, 95535890101, 95535890102 Superseded Part Number Payment We only accept PayPal.
