This listing is for a Marvel Incredible Hulk bobblehead, made in 2003 by Way Out Toys. Uses 2AA batteries (not included) to light up and make sounds when the stand button is pressed. The head has some minor scuffs/marks and yes it is intended to pop off as pictured, you just hang it right on there where the spring is. Serious bidders/buyers only please!
